We use ONLY factory trained and authorized technicians . We go through regular service training and have the best trained and most up-to-date Poli technicians in the US.

We offer FIXED-FEE service visit supplied at a "no-cure no-pay" basis.
If we cannot fix your problem within the allotted  2 working days  we will refund the payment in full.
The price for a FIXED-FEE service visit is USD $2,500.00 anywhere in North America.

This price include all labor expenses, all travel time, airfare, hotel and car rental.
There will be no extra charge of any kind.
The FIXED FEE does NOT include any parts needed for the repair. 

To be eligible for a fixed price service visit we must receive the service request, with a description of the issue in writing, at least 8 days prior to the requested service date.
